Researchers developed Guideline2Graph, a method that transforms complex multimodal clinical practice guidelines into auditable decision support systems with significantly higher accuracy than existing approaches. The system uses decomposition and topology-aware processing to maintain cross-page continuity, achieving 69-87.5% precision on graph generation versus 19.6% for current methods, potentially accelerating adoption of evidence-based clinical decision support.
